A Comprehensive Plan for Building a Restorative Campus

Our team has over 25 years
of experience in the leadership development + higher ed space.

If it’s not inclusive, it’s not us.

We believe firmly that our unique identities are to be honored, celebrated and cared for.  We are stronger when we listen to each other's stories, learn from each other's vulnerabilities, and engage in honest, meaningful dialog across identities to deepen our understanding. We grow when we address our humanity and lead with empathy.
At B. Education Strategies, we are committed to our own growth and development as culturally competent, socially just, and equity-minded professionals.

Whether it is in our workshops, trainings, or personal coaching sessions, we will lead from a place that centers identity, carries forward cultural nuance, and requires participants to think intersectionally about issues of equity and inclusion.

With student and family services, we demand that students across all backgrounds and identities be treated with dignity and respect. Our coaching and advocacy will foreground students' assets and seek to ensure that students receive fair and equal treatment and have access to fair and equitable support services from their institution.
